2. Orders and Payments
- Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.
- We accept credit/debit cards, bank transfers, UPI, and digital wallet payments.
- SacredIn reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of error or suspected fraudulent activity.
3. Pricing
- Prices are displayed in INR for domestic customers and in USD/EUR for international orders.
- Prices may be updated without prior notice.
4. Shipping and Delivery
- Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the order is shipped.
- SacredIn is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.
5. Returns and Refunds
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused and undamaged items.
- Custom, engraved, or made-to-order items are non-returnable.
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days from approval.

- Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use is prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability
- SacredIn is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Kerala, India.
