Terms and Conditions

These terms govern the supply of goods by RUCHI MINI MART LIMITED, trading as SacredIn, of 333 Derby Road, Chesterfield S40 2EX, United Kingdom. Placing an order means accepting them.

Quotations and orders

Prices on this site are indicative. A written quotation confirms the price, the specification, the lead time and the carriage for your order, and is valid for [CONFIRM: suggested 30] days. A contract is formed when we confirm your order in writing, not when you send an enquiry.

Prices

Prices shown include UK VAT and delivery to a mainland UK address. Import duty, freight and customs clearance are already accounted for. Prices may change without notice, but a quotation we have given is held for the period stated in it.

Made to order

Every piece is made in the workshop after the order is placed. Lead times are estimates given in good faith, not guarantees, and we will tell you promptly if one changes. Because the pieces are hand-finished, minor variation in plating tone, gemstone colour and dimension is normal and is not a defect.

Payment

[CONFIRM: deposit percentage on order, balance due before dispatch, and whether account terms are offered to parishes and dioceses.] We reserve the right to charge statutory interest on overdue commercial invoices under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

Delivery and risk

See our Delivery Policy. Title in the goods passes to you on payment in full. Risk passes on delivery.

Returns

See our Returns Policy, which sets out your cancellation rights and what happens if goods arrive faulty.

Our liability

We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, our liability for any order is limited to the price paid for it, and we are not liable for loss of profit or other indirect loss. Nothing here affects the statutory rights of a consumer.

Events outside our control

We are not liable for delay or failure caused by something beyond our reasonable control, including freight disruption and customs delay. Where that happens we will tell you and agree a revised date, or cancel and refund in full.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
