Delivery Policy

How and when orders reach you.

Lead times

Pieces are made after the order is placed, so the lead time is the making time plus the transit time. Both are confirmed on your quotation. Ask before ordering if you need a piece for a particular feast or dedication and we will tell you honestly whether the date is achievable.

Where we deliver

Mainland UK as standard. Northern Ireland, the Highlands and Islands, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands are quoted separately. For deliveries outside the UK, ask and we will quote. [CONFIRM: whether orders are shipped outside the UK.]

Carriage

Prices shown on this site include delivery to a mainland UK address. Carriage on anything outside that is confirmed in writing on the quotation before you commit.

Duty, VAT and clearance

For a UK delivery, import duty, VAT and customs clearance are already included in the price shown. You will not receive a separate charge from a carrier. For any delivery outside the UK, local import charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

On arrival

Please inspect the consignment before signing for it. Sign as damaged if the packaging is damaged, and tell us within [CONFIRM: suggested 3] working days. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

Failed deliveries

If nobody is available and the consignment is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. A second carriage charge may apply.
