- Standard processing time is 2–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Custom or special handcrafted products may require 7–14 additional days.
2. Delivery Timelines
- Domestic (India): 5–7 business days.
- International: 10–15 business days depending on location, courier service, and customs clearance.
3. Shipping Costs
- Charges are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
- Free shipping may apply during promotional campaigns or when order thresholds are met.
4. Tracking
Customers will receive a tracking number once their order has been dispatched.
5. Packaging
All sacred items are securely packed to prevent damage. Fragile items such as chalices, ciboria, or glass cruets are double-boxed with protective materials.
