1. Order Processing

  • Standard processing time is 2–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Custom or special handcrafted products may require 7–14 additional days.

2. Delivery Timelines

  • Domestic (India): 5–7 business days.
  • International: 10–15 business days depending on location, courier service, and customs clearance.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Charges are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
  • Free shipping may apply during promotional campaigns or when order thresholds are met.

4. Tracking

Customers will receive a tracking number once their order has been dispatched.

5. Packaging

All sacred items are securely packed to prevent damage. Fragile items such as chalices, ciboria, or glass cruets are double-boxed with protective materials.

6. Customs and Duties

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and related fees are the customer’s responsibility.

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • Damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of receipt with supporting photographs.
